As a Senior Client Success Manager, Caroline specializes in building genuine, long-term relationships to support our clients and help them grow. This role allows her natural curiosity to flourish as she works alongside clients, uncovering their biggest pain points and goals. Armed with this knowledge, she aims to be a trusted advocate who promotes the client’s cause internally and brings solutions tailored to their needs.
Prior to joining the Mighty Citizen team, Caroline’s diverse work background is rooted in event and travel planning, account management, and hands-on start-up work. She thrives in building relationships—whether that be with donors, board members, or clients (or any animal that crosses her path)—and always has an eye for appreciating diversity, acquiring new perspectives, and exploring new skills.
When she’s not spoiling her cat Leopold (or Leo, if you’re cool enough), Caroline can be found with her nose in a political biography, listening to podcasts, or otherwise taking after Leslie Knope.
